For many of the guys that work here, the restaurant is like a second home – some of them have been slinging burgers, making shakes, and waiting on customers at this location for decades. Opened in 1938, the place hasn’t been altered since the early ’60s, and it looks all the better for it.
Here the waiters and workers of Prime Burger discuss their views on their chosen profession, and the unique nature of the place itself.

If you wanna a burger in Edingburgh then you should go to Wanna Burger. Its that simple apprently. They have a special burger called The 4×4 if your feeling lucky, aswell as the regular options. We are not sure about giving the customer the option to build their own burger, as it undermines the effort WannaBurger have done in the rest of the menu. Our reps will give us the low down. Another blip on the BurgerMouth rader bought up this delightful little place in Belfast. By the look of the menu, they mean business, with a range of burgers made with Irish beef, seasoned and char-grilled aswell as a selection of chicken burgers and veggie burgers. That’s that Hawaiian burger joint.”), and Reservoir Dogs. We want to find the real kahuna burger and need your help to do it. This great new venture from Uk’s most loved chef, has been on the BurgerMouth rader for sometime. Italions are not known for their burgers lets be honest, but the Char- Grilled Chop Steak Beef Burger and Funky Chips sounds amazing. We are sending our reviewers in so watch this space.

Another place for all you lucky people to check out is Hawksmoor in East London. Although predominantly steak place, its got some great burger options on the menu, the first being Hawksmoor Hamburger & Triple Cooked Chips. If these guys know their meat then they would know their burgers. Their top secret recipe is made up of 100% well-loved Longhorn and includes long neglected old fashioned cuts like Clod and Sticking and small nuggets of bone marrow topped with Ogleshield Cheese from Somerset or Stichelton Blue Cheese.
